Clémence has more than 15 years’ experience in European transport regulation and policy issues, as well as in the aviation industry. APM accredited, she is an experienced Project Manager and Director.

Clémence transport expertise encompasses the entire civilian air transport industry: airports, airlines and Air Traffic Management. Clémence has in-depth knowledge of complex aspects of the aviation industry governance (Single European Sky, Network Manager, SESAR), economics and financials (ground handling, airport charges, cost of capital, pension costs), technologies (drones and CRS), as well as other relevant legal questions (insurance, passenger rights). She also advises her airport transaction clients on traffic and revenue forecasting.

Clémence is also well versed in assessing important European policies and programmes (SESAR, TEN-T/CEF or ERTMS). She also advises her clients on the socio-economic benefits of airports or on other key industry issues of procurement of public transport contracts for bus, tram, coach or light-rail transport modes.

At Steer, Clémence is team manager for regulatory economics, aviation, business and financial modelling. In this important role, she ensures team cohesion and adequate participation of all to the delivery of successful results to clients.
