Luke is a highly experienced transport planner with significant experience in the specification and development of rail and transit projects in Europe and Mexico.
Luke has worked across a wide range of advisory markets and sectors, for clients in both private and public sectors. He has extensive experience of working on multi-disciplinary projects, which require clear articulation of complex technical concepts for a range of stakeholders. Most recently, Luke directed the Integrated Rail Report for Transport for the North in the UK and is working for a bidder for a major rail franchise.
