Stephen is a leader and decision maker, currently the UK’s Managing Director, after taking a number of leadership roles in Steer. He has over 30 years’ work experience of which over 25 years is in consultancy focussed on the transport, and in particular aviation and rail industries.
Stephen joined Steer from PricewaterhouseCoopers. He started his career at the Civil Aviation Authority, a part of the UK’s economic regulatory team.
Stephen combines qualifications in economics and finance, with vast experience in provide economic regulation, competition, financial and industry analysis to support key decisions, changes in legislation and regulatory and competition oversight of transport industries.
Stephen has vast experience of leading client relationship and project teams working across client/ consultant, and multi-consultant teams to deliver client requirements.
