Toni Feather

Toni is an Associate and co-leader of Advisory Services in North America. With over 15 years of experience as a transport consultant, Toni specializes in delivering demand forecasts and advising clients on investment strategies and decision-making within the transport industry. Her expertise spans demand and revenue forecasting for both existing and new transport infrastructure across diverse markets, including North America, Europe, Latin America, Australia, and Africa. Her project experience includes roads, rail, electric vehicles (EVs), and hyperloop technologies.

Toni has held various roles within Steer’s global Infrastructure team, contributing to the growth and delivery of our offerings across offices worldwide. Her areas of expertise include unsolicited proposals, P3 advisory services, demand and revenue forecasting, due diligence, and transaction support for a wide range of infrastructure assets. Over the past five years, Toni has focused on Managed Lanes and the impact of emerging technologies across North America.

As co-lead of Advisory Services, Toni currently oversees the successful sales and delivery of consulting projects across the Infrastructure sector, including Highways, Transit, Aviation, and Rail in North America. She is committed to fostering team development and ensuring client satisfaction through innovative and forward-thinking service approaches.
