Bhavin specialises in connected and automated mobility, EV infrastructure and fleet transition, bringing extensive experience supporting the safe, commercially viable deployment of next-generation transport systems. His expertise spans self-driving technologies, zero-emission fleets and the regulatory and investment frameworks that enable real-world adoption.

Previously, Bhavin held a senior leadership role at Zenzic, where he helped shape national programmes advancing the UK’s connected and automated mobility ecosystem. He led major insights and funding initiatives across the UK, EU and US, and advised the Chamber of Progress on the societal and policy considerations of autonomous vehicle adoption.

At Steer, Bhavin supports public and private sector clients in navigating regulatory change, planning resilient infrastructure and integrating emerging mobility solutions into future-ready transport strategies.
