Caroline is Steer’s Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Executive Board, providing strategic oversight of the Group’s financial management, governance and risk framework. She brings over 20 years’ experience across professional services and globally exposed industries.
A Chartered Accountant, Caroline previously held senior finance roles in the travel sector, including at TUI and STA Travel, before spending a decade in professional services at PA Consulting and Efficio. She joined Steer in 2019 and has played a central role in supporting the firm’s growth, financial resilience and decision-making through periods of market volatility.
Her experience in complex, cyclical markets underpins Steer’s disciplined approach to investment, cost management and long-term sustainability.
