Gabriela is a Civil Engineer from the Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City. She has over 18 years of experience in transportation consulting and has worked at Steer since 2012.
Her experience has focused on advising infrastructure buyers and sellers for roads in Mexico, Colombia, Guatemala, Puerto Rico, and Spain. She has managed traffic studies related to toll highway transactions and, since 2017, Technical Due Diligence.
She has also managed mobility plans and traffic modeling studies for the planning market in Mexico.
