Joe is a Principal Consultant in Steer’s Sports & Major Events team, helping cities and organisers deliver safe, efficient, and memorable events around the world.

With more than a decade of experience in the major events sector, he combines strategic planning and on-the-ground delivery expertise across transport and mobility, venue operations, and crowd dynamics. Joe has played key roles in major global events, including the UEFA EUROs, The Open, the Rugby World Cup, and the World Athletics Championships.

He brings a deep understanding of how event organisers think and operate, drawing on client-side experience and digital innovation expertise to design data-driven, practical solutions that enhance audience experience and operational performance.
