Rebekah is Managing Director – Legal, Risk and Compliance at Steer, with responsibility for overseeing the firm’s legal, regulatory and risk management frameworks across the global business.
She is a senior in-house lawyer with extensive experience advising complex, regulated organisations. Prior to joining Steer, Rebekah was Legal Director for Commercial Risk at Royal Mail, where she supported large-scale commercial activity and risk management across a nationally significant organisation.
Earlier in her career, Rebekah spent eight years in private practice at Cameron McKenna, alongside international experience in New York. She brings broad expertise across commercial and corporate law, compliance and risk, and plays a key role in ensuring Steer operates with strong governance, assurance and accountability as the business continues to grow.
