Our UK Gender Pay Gap Report

Steer Davies Gleave is committed to ensuring that we provide equality of both opportunity and reward for all staff, and that we safeguard a culture that ensures equality, diversity and inclusion. Closing the gender pay gap is a part of this commitment, as is continuing to ensure equal pay for equal roles.
In response to this, we carried out a gender pay gap analysis of our UK business. The report sets out our findings, our plan of action and how we will monitor and regularly share progress with our staff.
