Mike Goggin, Steer Davies Gleave’s Director - International and Advisory, will be speaking at this years Rail Revenue and Customer Management Event held on 14-15th November in Amsterdam. Mike will be sharing his considerable expertise and insight on how to leverage the smart station and how to develop successful stations and build the case for their investment. Mike will also be part of a panel discussion about what sources are available to finance station development. You can find Mikes itinerary on the conference website.

Rail Revenue & Customer Management
Rail Revenue and Customer Management World has been created specifically to help Europe’s rail operators in being more customer-oriented and more commercial organisations. Throughout the conference, industry leaders will be exploring ways in which to improve customer engagement, increase ticket sales and develop or maximise revenue streams. 

Mike has worked in the rail and transit industry for 20 years. In his role for Steer Davies Gleave, he support clients across the modes and across the business’ international portfolio in the specification of investments, assessment and development of transactions and through providing practical expertise from his business, railway operating and station experience.
