Tony Sheach
With over 20 years of experience working in the land development sector, Tony joins SDG from Peter Brett Associates where he was an equity Partner. He has led the transport planning aspects on many development schemes, with experience extending from the modelling and assessment of major highways and infrastructure projects, such as the A3 Hindhead Improvements and M25 Widening, construction of roads, bridges and tunnels such as the A27 Brighton Bypass, through to the delivery of major commercial and residential development, for example at Green Park in Reading.

Tony has also advised on significant regional development schemes through the planning process, appearing as Expert Witness at many planning Inquiries, including the South East and East of England Plan EiP’s, and as a result Tony brings valuable insight and experience of working in a multidisciplinary environment on development projects.  Tony is a Chartered Civil Engineer as well as a Fellow of CILT and CIHT. Last year he held the position of Chairman of ICE’s Thames Valley Branch.
