Fiona has ten years’ experience in planning, implementing and evaluating initiatives which help to make better use of our existing urban transport networks, with a focus on travel behaviour change, travel planning, walking and cycling.

During her time at Steer, she has developed specialisms in multi-modal strategy development, walking and cycling strategies, travel plans, behaviour change interventions and delivery and servicing plans. She led the development of a transport strategy for Hertfordshire County Council, looking ahead to 2050, and in recent years she has produced delivery and servicing plans and strategies for some of London’s busiest and complex sites, including The Shard at London Bridge.
