Raffael has 25 years of experience in corporate finance. His competencies include business planning, business valuations, infrastructure advisory, project financing, M&A deals, and privatisations. Throughout his professional career, he has gained significant industry experience in the energy and renewable energy sectors and in the aviation and transport services sectors.
He is also an expert in transport regulation. He assists clients in analyzing regulatory aspects concerning their businesses, preparing business plans that comply with applicable regulations, and providing advice on all financial and economic aspects of their relationships with the reference Authority.
Raffael joined Steer from Deloitte Financial Advisory, where he was director of the valuation and business modelling team. During his time there, he also worked in the M&A team, supporting clients in buy-side and sell-side mandates.
At Steer, Raffael collaborates with our global Financial Advisory team to identify and pursue market opportunities and work on international and cross-border projects.
