Additionally, Steer is a participant in the United Nations Global Compact and is committed to aligning its strategy and operations with the Compact’s Ten Principles on human rights, labour, environment, and anti‑corruption.

Our approach to climate action focuses on reducing the environmental impacts of our activities, promoting sustainable ways of working, and encouraging responsible behaviours across our business.

We consider the impacts of climate change as part of our decision‑making, including potential risks to our offices, operations and people, and seek to support operational resilience and actions that protect the environment and contribute to a more sustainable future.
