Incentivising behaviour change with our gamification platform

Florida Department of Transportation commissioned Steer to develop a commuter challenge for Volusia County.

The challenge was developed on our custom gamification platform that provides our clients with comprehensive control in the challenge customisation - including adding awards of prizes and badges for completing specific tasks or logging certain trip combinations - and simple tools for day-to-day management tasks.

Users log their trips and keep up to speed with their team mates and wider competition with the leaderboards. There are different leaderboards for different organisations based on percentage participation.

A blog section encourages users to talk about their experiences and engage in healthy competitive conversations with their nearest leaderboard rivals.
